I love your lighting here, and just as was with your first sketch, the emotions show through so well! The more "primitive" or traditional, natural look to the room - the gnarled wooden stand, bed, and chair - really add to the scene and story, and I love your fur texturing as well. <3

It's always amazing to me (even after I've drawn so many pictures) how things come to life once you add lighting and background, and start to think about the textures of objects (including fur on the characters themselves!). I'm amazed that you noticed all the things I hoped for in terms of composition!! I was focusing so much on their expressions and the feel of the environment, as well as making the atmosphere something that complemented the characters' emotions ... it's beyond wonderful to hear you point out all of those things!! And approve of them nonetheless!! c':

Obviously by this point you know how much I admire your talents, so it really means a lot! ♥

So the bottom right is the finished one? Wow! Were do I begin? I guess as of right now all I can say is "Holy shit" This is unbelievably, undeniably amazing Kat. "Dddaammmmnnnnnn" also crops up as I closely inspect the copious amounts of detail put into ever aspect of both characters and background... her fur, I just want to touch it, it looks so fluffy. The background is above and way beyond what I expected and imagined way past it!

It's flat out perfect, just like the other two. I think I also need to give you a hug, not just any hug but an ethnic hug

My tablet's been freaking out on me these past couple of days; it's been quite upsetting to say the least ... but these comments encourage me more than you know!! I really care about these characters, and giving you a finished work that captures what you were imagining; so it's important to me to impress you with my attention to detail and everything!! ♥ I'm so glad I've been doing a good job so far, especially now as I put the finishing touches on everything!
